  • Biokinetics: We offer movement-based rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance training. These services includes injury assessments, strength, flexibility & movement testing, personalised rehab programs.
  • Personalized program design: Prefer to train independently but still want expert input? We offer individually tailored training programs designed around your goals, training preferences, and schedule. Whether you’re preparing for a specific event, improving strength and mobility, or simply aiming to move and feel better, our programs provide the structure and focus you need; all without supervised sessions.

    To ensure your plan remains effective and aligned with your progress, we offer initial consultations and optional follow-up evaluations, conducted either in person or via online meetings. These allow us to assess performance, track improvements, and make targeted adjustments. Please note: evaluations are billed separately.
  • Nutritional guidelines: Support your training from the inside out. Our team provides evidence-informed nutritional guidance to help you improve energy levels, optimise recovery, and enhance overall health. While not a full dietary consultation, our practical and personalised recommendations are designed to complement your fitness journey and support long-term wellness goals.
